Sun Puddle Royale: A Photostory

Batalo de la Sunlumo: Rakonto de Fotoj

Nia Hejmo: "home sweet home" = nia dolĉa hejmo / "useless" = neutila / "YAY" = JEJ

we live in a townhouse that faces South and that is attached to another townhouse on the East. on the West side of the house there are only TWO windows (excluding ones the cats have no access to). VERY LITTLE direct sunlight comes into our house.

this results in a lot of:

la rezulto estas multe da:

ĉi tiu lumo estas BONEGA kaj mi alvenis ĉi tie PLEJ FRUE, do ĝi tuuute estas LA MIA.

ĉiam Iggy PENSAS, ke ĝi estas lia.

kaj ĈIAM mi devas KOREKTI lin!

baby Fae & Iggy?! / infanaj Fae k Iggy?!

OMG LOOK, IT'S FAE AS A KITTEN!!!

HMD RIGARDU, LA KATIDA FAE!!!!

JUST KIDDING!
MI ŜERCAS!

i don't have photos of Fae or Iggy as kittens, sadly. i stumbled upon these photos on Flickr months ago and was amazed at how much the kitten resembled Fae. :) i wonder what Fae and Iggy were like as kittens.... no doubt they were little terrors! i find it hard to even imagine them as kittens because they're STILL very kitten like now, so imagine how much worse more of a handful they would have been back then!

bedaŭrinde mi he havas fotojn pri aŭ Fae aŭ Iggy de kiam ili estis katidoj. antaŭ kelkaj monatoj mi hazarde trovis ĉi tiujn fotojn ĉe Flickr kaj mi miris pri kiel simila la katido estas al Fae. :) mi scivolas, kiel estis Fae kaj Iggy kiam ili estis katidoj.... sendube ili estis teruraj! estas malfacile por mi imagi ilin kiel katidoj ĉar ili ANKORAŬ nun kondutas kvazaŭ ili estas katidoj, do imagu kiom multoble pli malbona malfacile prizogeblaj ili devis esti tiam!

hmmm.... maybe Iggy looked like this as a kitten. ;)
hmmm.... eble Iggy aspektis jene kiel katido. ;)

enjoy your weekend! / ĝuu la semajnfinon!

hope that everyone has a nice weekend! and remember, boys & girls:

deziras al ĉiuj agrablan semajnfinon! kaj memoru:

staring into the sun...

rigardadi la sunon...

is NOT reccommended.

NE estas rekomendata.

A SECRET! / SEKRETO!

Fae is such a sweet cat that sometimes she even seems like an angel. this weekend, however, i found out that Fae has a secret...!

Fae estas tiel dolĉa, ke fojfoje ŝi ŝajnas kvazaŭ ŝi estas angeĝo. tamen, ĉi-semajnfine mi malkovris, ke Fae havas sekreton...!

ŜI NENIAM EKSCIOS! nun mi kontrolu kiel malfermi la malvarman manĝaĵujon.

apparently she has a Twitter account and she tweets from time to time! i have no idea how! i only found this out when she accidentally put an @ in front of my name on Twitter! HMPH!

but it's ok, i'm not mad at her. how could i be? in fact, i've even made this handy-dandy image to point people to her Twitter account.

sed bone, mi ne koleras pri tio, kompreneble. fakte, mi eĉ kreis ĉi tiun utilan bildon por montri ŝian konton ĉe Twitter al ĉiuj.

"Save The World" by Swedish House Mafia

i LOVE this video, but i have one question...

mi AMEGAS ĉi tiun videon, sed unu demandon mi havas....

WHERE ARE THE CATS???

KIE ESTAS LA KATOJ???

almost wordless wednesday / preskaŭ senvorta merkredo

"NO KISS"

"NENIU KISO"

she often kisses back, but not this time. :'(

ofte ankaŭ ŝi kisas, sed ĉi-foje ne. :'(

the Devon Smile? / ĉu la Devona Rideto?

i've noticed this before, but in looking at these photos i've noticed it again.

when Fae isn't busy looking grumpy, it kinda looks like she's.... smiling?

could this be the Devon Smile?

wings / flugiloj

if Fae had wings....

se Fae havus flugilojn....

Fae would go fishing. Probably not with a fishing pole, though.

Fae kaptus fiŝojn. Verŝajne ne uzante fiŝkaptilon, tamen.

"alien cats"? / "eksterteraj katoj"?

(cross-processed Fae / kruc-procezita Fae)

Devon Rexes look like aliens you say....?

Maybe.

Oni diras, ke Devon -Reksoj aspektas eksterteraj..

Eble.
